PapairSheet - Padding sheets and paper interlayer

PapairSheets offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for protecting spare parts and workpieces in combination with existing loading or transportation systems. Particularly suitable for mechanical engineering, the strong, two-ply sheets reliably protect the corners and edges of parts made of metal, plastic or wood - both in intralogistics processes and during shipping.

The PapairSheets consist of a smooth and an embossed paper web. This combination makes them ideal as an intermediate layer and provides reliable protection against impacts and shocks. Compared to corrugated cardboard with three layers of paper, they require less material with the same protective effect and puncture resistance, which makes them more resource-efficient.

The robust, 2-ply PapairSheets are specially designed to protect edged workpieces. The 1-ply sheets are particularly suitable for standardized packaging processes for sensitive objects.

Both variants are suitable for use with existing transport and loading systems. Bags made of 1 or 2-ply material are suitable for storage and transportation.
