Are you working with your own stand construction company? You can book all services and options for your stand equipment in your personal exhibitor area. The booking options will be available there in plenty of time before the event.

Monday, 22 September 2025: 07:00 – 20:00
Dismantling
Thursday, 25 September 2025: 17:00 – 24:00
Friday, 26 – Saturday, 27 September 2025: 07:00 – 24:00 daily
Booked exhibition stands that have not started to be assembled by Monday, 22 September 2025, 15:00, will be constructed by the organiser, unless information to the contrary is available. Costs incurred for this will be borne by the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only permitted with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited throughout the exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.
