As the label is bonded with a very strong adhesive, it is difficult to remove and thus prevents the theft of products in shops.
The RF anti-theft label can be applied under any self-adhesive label that does not have a metal foil structure.

RF labels with anti-theft protection are labels with an EAS label (Electronic Article Surveillance) attached under the self-adhesive label.

The purpose of this label is to prevent and report the theft of products in shops and supermarkets.

How it works:

the security gates emit an RF signal with a frequency of 8.2 MHz. If the RF tag is within range of the signal, it resonates and sends a response to the receiving gate. This triggers the alarm;
when the product is purchased, the label on the cash register is deactivated. Therefore, the alarm is not triggered when leaving the shop.

RF labels can be applied to frozen and chilled products in a temperature range of -18°C to +30°C.
