Format cutter | EXCALIBUR® can be integrated into all automatic palletising lines: polyarticulated robotic palletisers, high-level palletisers, low-level palletisers, bag palletisers, carton palletisers and so on ... EXCALIBUR® pulls the required length of sheet directly from the roll and cuts it. The sheets are then automatically transported on a conveyor belt to a specific position. The palletiser or palletising robot gripper picks up the sheet and inserts it between the rows of products to be palletised. On request, EXCALIBUR® unwinds the roll and cuts another sheet.
