The mobile palletizing robot GPA-25 is a precise 6-axis industrial robot for flexible robot use.
It palletizes or depalletizes up to two pallets particularly dynamically and quickly.Thanks to its compact design, the GPA-25 enables automation potential even at production sites with little space.
The GPA-25 is not permanently installed, but can be moved using a pallet truck. Thanks to uncomplicated plug & play, the GPA-25 can be used on more than one production line.Because of Segbert's innovative safety concept, a full pallet change is possible without stopping production.
The flexible and intuitive 3D layer program RobAdmin, which is developed by Segbert, ensures simple and user-friendly operation of the GPA-25.
The GPA-25 is available with different gripper designs, such as vacuum suction cups or fork/clamp grippers for products that can't be gripped with suction. A quick-change system for both grippers is also available.
The flexible design of the GPA-25 also allows customer-specific palletizing of two different products at the same time.
