Mobile Cobot CPA-20

Segbert's mobile cobot CPA-20 (maximum load 20 kg minus gripper weight) is

• a modern collaborative robot
• that palletizes and depalletizes on up to two pallets in a particularly space-saving and flexible manner
• and is suitable for human-machine collaboration thanks to highly sensitive safety sensors.

The CPA-20 is not permanently installed, but can be moved using a pallet truck.

The cobot can be used at more than one palletizing station thanks to uncomplicated plug & play.

The torque sensors integrated in the cobot ensure absolutely precise collision monitoring, which is why the CPA-20 can also be installed without a safety fence and is therefore particularly compact.

If the cobot is equipped with the fence designed by Segbert, it can palletize almost twice as fast. The fence can be folded in and can be moved together with the machine.

The full pallet removal works quickly and is possible without a palletizing stop.

The flexible and intuitive 3D layer program RobAdmin developed by Segbert ensures simple and user-friendly operation of the cobot.

The CPA-20 is available with a vacuum gripper and the placement of slip sheets/cardboard is optionally possible.
