Shink-Sleeves

Shrink sleeves or shrink films are film labels that take on the shape of the container when heated. They are a very effective promotional product as the printable surface is particularly large. This enables a 360° design that takes on the shape of the contents it encases. Shrink sleeves can be used on any type of material, whether PET, glass, metal or wood. They can also be applied to containers with irregular surfaces where it is not possible to apply a self-adhesive label.

In addition to their decorative effect, shrink sleeves can also play a functional role for your product. For example, they can seal a product to signal to the consumer that it is being used for the first time. It can also be an essential criterion for hygiene, which is essential in the food industry.

The use of perforation (longitudinal and transverse perforation) can also contribute to the sealing of your product, as well as to recycling. Tearing and separating the film from the container allows the packaging to be separated, making it recyclable and more environmentally friendly.

We know how important environmental awareness is. We recommend the use of PETg film - a recyclable material with a low impact on the environment. Thanks to its high shrinkage, PETg is ideal for irregular packaging shapes and is very resistant.

Shrink sleeves can also be successfully integrated into your marketing campaign, for example to offer multipacks.

To form the shrink sleeve into its final shape, the film must be exposed to a temperature of between 70°C and 90°C. This process also deforms the printed surface. During this process, the printed surface is also deformed, which is why creating a suitable design can be challenging. We print shrink sleeve material in widths from 52 mm to 297.5 mm (or 104 - 595 mm in unfolded format).
