DeRo II uses a gripper that first encloses the upper layer of packages and centers them with clamping jaws. The entire layer is pulled onto an integrated transfer plate.At the discharge table the layer is pushed back. The robot picks up existing intermediate layers by a suction system and places them in a separate magazine.For variablepackage diameter:The DeRo II can depalletize even different package diameters without any problems, since the centering frame of the gripping system encloses the entire layer. Because the fixation without external pressure, the material is handled particularly gently. The depalletizing robot effortlessly processes Euro pallets and industrial pallets without any further action by the user.
