Palletising Robot TMG Model FLEXROBOT

A basket gripper head is integrated on the TMG FLEXROBOT anthropomorphic palletising robot, allowing a complete layer of products to be palletised in a single work cycle. This solution combines the advantages of a layer palletiser with the flexibility of a robot. The FLEXROBOT offers a compact and flexible layout that can be customised to the customer's needs. The palletiser can manage up to three different production lines working with pallets of different sizes and products. The robot achieves an output of up to 720 cycles per hour.
