Linear Labelling Machine PackLab Model WING REP FFBB 60 Nonstop

The PackLab model WING REP FFBB 60 Nonstop linear labeller will be installed at a customer in the cleaning products industry after the trade fair. With an output of 6,000 bottles per hour in non-stop operation, the customer's plastic moulded bottles are each provided with two self-adhesive labels on the side. Four "Modulo 60" labelling stations are used for this.

The labelling machine consists of a base frame with external labelling stations to provide the operator with better accessibility both during the work phases and when changing formats.

The labelling stations are mounted on brackets that can be adjusted on four axes. This allows the stations to be flexibly adjusted depending on the container and label format. A user-friendly 10-inch control panel, which is attached to a 180° swivelling arm, makes it easier to operate the system from two sides.
