EMBOSSED POLYETHYLENE FILM

Embossed Polyethylene Film is also known as rubber release polyethylene film or embossed polyethylene film. It is generally used as a separation layer on adhesive layers. Relief on the surface of the film; it traps air and reduces the area where the film comes into contact with other layers. It also facilitates the discharge of gases formed in the rubber dough during transportation.

This film is extensively used in the rubber and tire industries to transfer/carry raw rubber sheets to the final product production line by stacking them in rolls or plates without sticking together before vulcanization. The film acts as a liner, preventing the adhesive from prematurely adhering to the wrong surface, ensuring the product remains in good condition until it is ready for use.

Embossed polyethylene film also facilitates even cutting of rubber sheets; It reduces waste and simplifies the production process.
