PaperJet Bridge

The PaperJet® Bridge enables endless cushion supply at top speed: the guide system fully utilizes the performance of the proven PaperJet® with 200 cushions per minute and thus contributes to increased efficiency at the packing station. Work processes run seamlessly and without interruption.

Thanks to the modular system and a small footprint, the PaperJet® Bridge can be integrated into almost any packing situation. Installation can be customized and implemented with minimal structural effort.

Its low noise level, which is only generated directly during padding production, ensures gentle working conditions for employees in the packing areas. Thanks to its streamlined design, the system is extremely low maintenance.

Material supply from the ComPackt endless pallet with 7,600 meters of paper reduces set-up times to a minimum. Material changes and maintenance are particularly convenient thanks to the accessible design. Multiple packing stations can also be supplied as needed with the PaperJet® Bridge: scalable speed and individual pad lengths allow maximum flexibility.
