All NaKu organic bags are breathable and water-resistant organic bags made from European corn starch. Food such as fruit, vegetables, bread and even mushrooms are demonstrably kept fresh for longer by NaKu organic bags. According to a study by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, lettuce in a NaKu organic bag stays fresh for 1.5 weeks longer.

The special thing about our bags made of bioplastics is that they can be used throughout their entire life cycle: this starts with carrying them home sustainably, continues with keeping products fresh and ends with using our organic bags as organic waste bags. They are fully biodegradable and decompose in compost within a few weeks in accordance with DIN EN 13432.
