Shrink-hooding systems

Shrink-hooding is often still the most sustainable packaging method for pallet loads today. It provides the greatest possible hold on the pallet without exerting pressure on it, especially for commissioned pallet loads or pressure-sensitive products. Shrink films are generally locally available everywhere and available with a recycled content superior to 50%. With the new generation of MSK shrink frames, we minimize your energy consumption in the long term. The newly developed technology reduces gas consumption by 13%. Additional savings of 40% are possible with the Covershrink energy-saving module. Alternatively, the Corritech electric shrink frame with eCovershrink is available to completely eliminate fossil fuels from the packaging process.

For automated pallet handling in high-bay warehouses or with automated guided vehicles (AGVs), MSK has developed pallet-foot-free packaging by forming the film during hood shrinking.
