Vacuum formed parts and HIPS ESD trays

Mouse-PS Ltd. have vacuum forming machines for forming sheets and foils. Also we have 5 ax router, on which we can make 3D cutting of formed part, produced from thick sheets.

On our ILLIG foil vacuum forming machine we can produce parts with maximum size 800x600x120 mm with positive or negative forming.

On our sheet vacuum forming machine we can form parts with size 2000x1000x500 mm.

On all our machines we can produce ESD trays with different thickness.
