HIPS, ABS and PMMA sheets

Mouse-PS Ltd produce sheets from HIPS, ABS, PMMA and GPPS. This sheets are used for production of different parts for in advertising, packaging, automotive, electronic or in other industries.

Those sheets can be cut, bended, vacuum formed, printed or glued.

One side of this sheets can be embossed with one of our embossed rolls.

For production of all this sheets, we can use 100 % virgin, 100 % recycled or mixed % of virgin and recycled materials.

All recycled material, which we use for production of our sheets or foils is granulated on our EREMA granulating line, which is equipped with laser filter. This laser filter guarantee minimum amount of particles, which make final product with smooth surface.

• Thickness – 1.0 – 8.0 mm
• Sheet width – 200 - 2050 mm
• Sheet lenght – 500 - 4000 mm
• Surface - sheets can be matt/matt or one side embossed / second side matt.
• We have more than 10 different embossed rolls
• Color – any RAL or Pantone color
