The CI-1000 automatic inline case erector combines high performance with flexibility. Users achieve a speed of up to 25 cycles per minute and can process many types of cases, with possible dimensions ranging from 200 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm to 500 mm x 325 mm x 520 mm. The machine masters the challenge of always producing rectangular cases despite the changing properties of the corrugated cardboard as well as varying temperature and humidity. This maximises the stability of the packaging and makes it ideal for the logistics chain. The case bases can either be sealed with Hot Melt or adhesive tape.
