EcoPal palletizing solution

The core element of the Robot Palletizer EcoPal is the double fork-layer gripper that is able to handle whole layers. The gripper´s movement corresponds to the kinematics of a layer palletizer with split sliding apron and compression on all sides.

The gripper is designed for cardboard boxes and trays with stacking lugs. Format parts are not required, handling of unlimited layer configurations impossible.

The EcoPal is a unique combination of the infeed station ZF75 with the layer gripper GR75. Its modular design allows for multiple standardized configurations and system layouts.
