Jolly Plastic S.p.A is an Italian company with a long history in the production of plastic products. Founded in 1967, the company started as a small local business, but thanks to its dedication to quality and innovation, it has grown rapidly over the years, adopting cutting-edge technologies and implementing rigorous quality control standards.

**Products**

Jolly Plastic specializes in the production of technical films based on polyolefins for the food and pharmaceutical sectors using the blown film extrusion process. The products include films for food and non-food lamination, protective tape films, and films for the pharmaceutical sector.

A significant portion of the production consists of lamination films intended for food use. These films offer excellent performance in converting (printing and laminating) with specific characteristics tailored to the final use: vertical and horizontal packaging machines, FFS, thermoforming, top tray, and peelable technologies. Among the food applications are products suitable for packaging fresh pasta, cheese, dairy products, meat, fish, oil-preserved foods, frozen foods, vegetables, salads, fresh fruit, dried fruit, spices, coffee, single-dose foods, sauces, desserts, snacks, and pet food. Non-food applications include products for the Tissue, Personal care, Detergents, and Hygiene sectors.

Jolly Plastic has obtained the BRCGS Packaging certification for both the production and regeneration departments, achieving a double AA+ grade with an unannounced audit. The BRCGS Packaging – Food Packaging and other Packaging Materials certification, developed by the British Retail Consortium, ensures safety, legal compliance, and product quality in the packaging sector. The BRCGS Packaging certification verifies and ensures that production takes place under adequate hygienic conditions and that products consistently meet quality and safety requirements. It is based on the following essential components: management commitment, risk assessment related to the product and production process, and a systematic approach to quality and product safety management.

**Distinctive Skills and Services**

Today, the company boasts a completely renewed park of blown film production lines equipped with the most innovative technological systems. It has an in-house research and development laboratory equipped with all the necessary instruments for film characterization: DSC, IR, Hot-Tack, Slip Test, Dynamometer, Melt Index, and a pilot extrusion line. All of this is coordinated by two chemists dedicated to finished product control and industrial research.
