AF-408F Folding Machine

Thanks to a high level of automation, the AF-408F guarantees shortest set-up times as well as high productivity and quality: All necessary settings are made fully automatically within a few seconds after selecting the fold pattern on the touchscreen. The AF-408F 8-buckle folder is especially suitable for the flexible and fully automated production of small folds, such as package inserts.

At Fachpack 2024, the AF-408F will be connected to the KTU-40 mobile knife unit. This has been specially designed for small folds and for use in pharmaceutical applications. It is flexible and can be operated both in parallel folding mode and in cross-fold mode. The ability to achieve a minimum fold length of just 20 mm is impressive. Another highlight is the standard standing delivery unit, which ensures a smooth process. Integrated press rollers are included for optimum folding results.
