The robotic closure sorter is designed for automatic sorting and feeding of closures to the packaging. The machine can sort various shapes and types of closures, such as: pumps, caps, flip-tops, pull-push and others.
Thanks to the use of a robotic sorter in the line, it eliminates the need to involve the operator in the process of introducing packages into the line. The presented device, combined with one of our capping machines, constitutes a fully automated sorting and capping module.
The robot coupled with vision systems scans the geometry of the shape and position of the closure.
Thanks to the use of quickly replaceable format grippers , changing the closure used takes a few minutes. The only formatting element in the machine is the robot gripper. Robot gripper (gripper) – 2,3,4 jaws depending on the type of closure.
The machine operates with a capacity of up to 50 pcs/min depending on the type of robot used.
