The universal UL-30 line is intended primarily for the cosmetics industry, where a quick format change from one packaging shape to another is a very important element. The universal UL-30 dosing line will significantly speed up the production process in your company.
In the UL-30 machine , packaging is transported using format belts. Thanks to its use, machine retooling does not require expensive format elements and it is possible to use unlimited types of packaging shapes. The setup time is adapted to the production speed and is approximately 15 minutes.
The dosing line can be equipped with various types of facilities. One of them is a universal packaging capping machine.
The universal UL-30 line allows the use of products with various viscosities and dose sizes thanks to the use of Endress Hauser flowmeter dosing technology. The up/down movement of the pourers in this technology is performed using a motor.
In the UL-30 line , we can install a universal four-roller capping machine, thanks to which you can easily tighten pumps, caps, triggers and flip-tops. At the end of the UL-30 line , we install one of our linear labeling machines.
