CORFEX Container stowage system
Key Facts
- Full use of container capacities reduces CO2 emissions from sea freight and the associated hinterland transports. Non-stackable goods can be loaded on a second level in double-decker. Levels can also be created in sections to avoid additional general cargo shipments if not all packing units would fit into one container.
- CTU Code compliant load securing. Every load must be secured against shifting and movement in the container to avoid transport damage and accidents during unloading caused by load units falling out or falling down. CORFEX offers maximum flexibility and safety for all loading scenarios with little training or specialist knowledge.
- Weight distribution in accordance with the CTU Code. A maximum of 60% of the load mass may be in one half of the container. Depending on the size and weight of the load units, these must be positioned centrally in the container or separated. With CORFEX, bump, restraint and/or separation systems can be installed easily to get an optimally distribution of the cargo in the container.
