ETIMEX aims to manufacture more products from renewable raw materials. The 2nd generation raw materials from renewable sources are less harmful to the environment than conventional fossil raw materials. These innovative raw materials are obtained from waste and residual materials, which helps to conserve natural resources and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. An excellent example of this is the PURELAY High Performance® blister for the pharmaceutical industry, which can now also be made almost entirely from renewable raw materials. By using environmentally friendly materials, ETIMEX can halve CO₂ emissions while maintaining the same high product quality. The 2nd generation raw materials not only ensure more sustainable production, but also contribute to a significantly better environmental footprint.
