In addition to height-adjustable and ergonomic assembly workstations, ERGO-line also offers various solutions in the area of material provision. Whether stationary or mobile supply and return systems for assembly components, ERGO-line products offer the option of physically organising the assembly process according to the customer's conceptual requirements. If the extensive standard range does not meet the requirements, we develop customised solutions together with our customers and implement them at the assembly site.

ERGO-line workstation systems offer the advantage that they are modular in design and that customised solutions can be created using standard components. For example, an electrically dissipative ESD assembly workstation with a hand crank for assembly work that can be carried out both standing and sitting. Or a solid double assembly workstation with a surface load of up to 600 kg, which is to be equipped with extensive attachments and superstructures.

Assembly assistance systems such as pick-by-light or optical identification using cameras can be easily integrated into all ERGO-line assembly stations. According to Shitsuke or the 5S method, an assembly table should be optimally set up so that everything has its place. This optimises processes, reduces errors and saves valuable time according to the principle of lean production. Thanks to its modular design, ERGO-line assembly workstations can be easily added to or customised at any time.

The ERGO-line assembly workstation is of high quality and designed for intensive use in both light and heavy assembly work. We have a wide range of worktops for your assembly workstation. Plastic-coated worktops with HPL coating up to 3 mm, chrome steel and/or multiplex worktops, depending on the work to be carried out at the assembly workstation. ERGO-line also offers the right accessories for optimum assembly conditions. Lighting, standing aids, socket strips, holders for screens or tools and lifting elements.

ERGO-line assembly workstation systems fulfil the highest demands; all assembly workstations can be adjusted in height using a clamping screw, hand crank or electric motor and can be optimally adapted to the employees or the work to be carried out. Shelves can be adjusted in 30:30 mm increments and enable employees to work ergonomically at the assembly station. Ergonomic workstations have been proven to reduce sickness-related absences from work. The combination of optimised processes and ergonomics not only increases employee satisfaction, but also profitability.
