FlexiClean

Many of our customers manufacture their products in cleanrooms and require packaging for onward transport that is directly and repeatedly suitable for use in cleanrooms without many work steps and/or additional materials; foam cushions are usually used for this.

Known foam cushions have unchangeable geometries adapted to the product. However, these can no longer be used later if the product is further processed and the contours are changed.

Although flexible foams already exist, their surface structure makes them completely unsuitable or, at best, they can only be used with protective films suitable for the cleanroom and therefore only outside the cleanroom.

We therefore have taken both problems and have thought about possible solutions until we finally came up with a cushion which is both variable and suitable for direct use in the cleanroom. Our cushion is called FlexiClean and can combine different geometries of all kinds and be used simultaneously and repeatedly directly in the cleanroom. FlexiClean is currently still in its development and test phase. However, we will be happy to show you what we have achieved so far.
