DERSCHLAG’s die-cutting technology allows additional forms of embossing supplementary to standard and full-surface embossing: logo embossing, embossing on rim or back. We use the SMARTembosser® system from Switzerland to manufacture our rim-embossed sealing lids.
Printed aluminium die-cut lids: coated or lacquered aluminium foil and aluminium laminates, smooth, full-surface embossed, and rim-embossed, for sealing on PP, PS, PET, PE, SAN, and glass in sizes from 18 mm to 450 mm
Transparent plastic films: PP sealing lids, PET sealing lids, plastic laminates, smooth, embossed, printed for sealing on PP, PET, PS, and PE in sizes from 40 mm to 450 mm
Full-surface white and printed plastic films: PP sealing lids, PET sealing lids, plastic laminates, smooth, embossed, printed for sealing on PP, PET, PS, and PE in sizes from 40 mm to 450 mm
PP die cut lid from Derschlag: sustainability through monomaterial PP in combination with PP cups, 100% recyclability due to a density of 0.94 g/cm³ (< 1.00 g/m³)
