The CETATEST 715 LV leak tester with gauge pressure sensor has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the packaging industry. It is suitable for end-of-line leak testing of large-volume products (e.g. IBCs, canisters, drums) within the production cycle. Compressed air is used as the test medium.
The additional turbo filling function significantly shortens the filling process for large-volume products. The optional Profinet interface enables integration into automatic production lines.
The CETATEST 715 LV is a fully automatic leak tester. After the start impulse from the system controller, the entire test sequence is controlled via the test device. The measured value data can be transferred to the control system via the industrial interface and evaluated. This ensures traceability of the production quality.
The tester is supplied as standard with an internationally recognized calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and a 3-year warranty.
