The folding crates from BROPACK are sturdy and weather-resistant wooden crates that can be assembled in less than a minute without any tools - this saves valuable time and reduces the risk of injury! A strapping band or tension belt is all that is needed to close the box. Thanks to its innovative design, the folding crate is versatile and ideal for shipping spare and small parts. Worldwide export is made possible by IPPC heat treatment in accordance with ISPM15 in our in-house drying chamber.
Our versatile folding boxes are made from waterproof glued plywood or OSB. Side panels riveted together ensure high strength and stability. Whether for transportation by truck, air freight or in container-compatible sizes for overseas, the folding crates are available in many standard and special sizes with wall thicknesses from 6 to 18 mm.
The weight saving compared to solid wood is 30 to 60%, depending on the design. The transport volume can be reduced by 30% compared to conventional crate transport and dismantling for storage or return transport saves around 70% volume. Thanks to machine production, the crates are significantly cheaper to manufacture than other crate variants and are therefore easier on your budget.
