The new HD 3A is a high-performance printing system that delivers exceptional print quality, even on the most challenging substrates. The newest generation can reach ultra-fast speeds, over 100 cycles per minute, on an intermittent packaging machine designed to meet the demanding requirements of today’s pharmaceutical & medical device packaging industries. The HD 3A delivers incredible 600 DPI print quality that the InteliJet HD is recognized for. The HD 3A can accommodate wide web widths up to 630 mm, with available options for single-color, two-color, and full-color CMYK print capabilities.

The InteliJet HD 3 comes in four different models;

• 3S - ServoWAS: the most versatile system with an intelligent servo motor that provides closed-loop positioning for accurate print registration.
• 3T - Traverse: Traversing system that is a perfect fit for applications with short indexes combined with a wide web or applications with a preprinted web with the need to print UDI & other variable data.
• 3A - Accumulator: Features a buffering system that works independently of the packaging machine's web pull. This integrated web tension control isolates the printing process from the packaging machine's web advance, allowing for consistent web tension during the printing process.
• 3C - Continuous: Continuous-motion printing that can feed and print empty packages and packaging components. Perfect for premade pouches, lid stocks, empty chipboard boxes, and unformed cartons.

Benefits:

The HD 3 printing system has built-in automation processes for maintenance tasks, such as an automatic purge & wipe feature, and an automatic capping feature. With the push of a button, the InteliJet HD 3 will automatically clean the print heads by forcing ink through the nozzles, which helps remove any debris or dried ink that may be clogging the nozzles.

The HD 3 has a built-in 12.1” touch-screen display for controlling all aspects of the printer. A remote display option is also available. The HD 3 also has an integrated help system that provides users with a convenient way to view tutorial videos with step-by-step instructions on how to perform a variety of tasks.

Efficient Workflow: As a fully integrated multi-color VDP (variable data printing) ink jet system, the InteliJet HD works seamlessly with its PC-based print design software and touch-screen controls to achieve an easy-to-use VDP workflow.

InteliJet HD offers a simple and flexible workflow with both on-line and off-line modes. Users can print VDP jobs directly from the client PC. The InteliJet HD software also enables users to design and modify the print output templates using its extensive array of editing tools.
