Our solution goes far beyond basic serialization. It serves as a central platform for production management and enables the parallel control of virtually unlimited hardware components from various manufacturers – for automation, coding, and aggregation.

Both b+b and third-party components can be centrally managed and automatically supplied with formats, recipes, and programs – ensuring fast, automated product changeovers across the entire line.

IT Infrastructure & Integration

At the core is the b+b SiteServer – our central database and service application. It handles standardized data exchange between line components and higher-level IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, or national databases), while managing the full product genealogy.

The SiteServer runs on a customer-provided Windows VM with Microsoft SQL Server – available as on-premise or cloud installation. All necessary table structures are provided by us, with read-only access granted to the customer.
