Application:In our Application department, we offer specialized services for application and design and are also Germany’s largest 100% aligned partner for the system provider B&R Industrial Automation. We implement a wide range of industry applications and provide support from initial contact through to series production. The ZEBRA engineering team attaches particular importance to personal support and advice. Our engineers and technicians develop customized solutions for you using a holistic approach that is consistently geared to your requirements. With our innovative engineering services, we aim to create optimum customer benefit. Our expertise and many years of experience in the industry make us a comprehensive consulting, planning and service partner. We are your contact when it comes to optimum use, installation and commissioning. Safety technology, robotics, product transport (Trak/6D) and image processing are among our key areas of expertise.

Smart Robotics:However, we at ZEBRA Engineering also see ourselves as a research-oriented development company and also offer you a maximum of robot structures, degrees of freedom, payloads, working ranges and options for selecting innovative robot technologies with a focus on lightweight robotics, advanced robotics and cobotics. The focus here is on integration-friendly and cooperative robot arms from lightweight robotics and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) such as robot grippers. Work with us to find the right robot mechanics for your project from DuoPods, DeltaPods and 4-axis (Scara) and 6-axis kinematics.

Automation:ZEBRA Engineering is your partner in the field of modular product development and solution provider of individual packaging and assembly machines. As a machine manufacturer, we have managed to implement the approach of digitalization and the creation of intelligent processes for the first time. Our modular and flexible machines are designed to be expanded at a later point in their lifecycle. ZEBRA Engineering has thus succeeded in responding not only to related products, but also to completely different products, all on a single machine. The resulting changes and opportunities are changing the assembly machine industry for the long term. We have succeeded in generating a savings potential of around 60% of all resources across the projects and are thus creating a self-sufficient solution approach for the first time.
