Regento palettizing robot

The Regento palletizing robot is the fully automatic and flexible solution for palletizing a wide variety of products.It processes round, rectangular, and elliptical containers in various sizes - from small bottles and buckets tolarge barrels. The format adjustment during production changeovers is automatic and tool-free, depending on the application: from the smallest to the largest containers.Depending on the configuration, the robot picks up the containers from one or more production lines and palletizes them onto one or more pallet positions.For stabilization and protection of the containers,intermediate boards or foils can be added as an option.Double configuration with two palletizing robots are possible in order to handle high-speed lines as well.The pallet logistics are also fully automated: from the feeding of empty pallets from the large magazine to the removal of the full pallets. The connection to existing intralogistics systems or driverless transport systems is at any time possible. Integrated in a Systemation production line, pre-setting and order selection is fully automatic.
