Reusable eco-friendly pallet packaging material “Eco Bundle”

To replace disposable plastic packaging, which is a major cause of environmental pollution, we developed a reusable eco-friendly pallet packaging material called “Eco Bundle” and applied for a patent.

Eco-bundles produced with mesh have excellent breathability and are suitable for packaging perishable products such as agricultural products. Eco-bundles produced with tarpaulin have excellent waterproofing and UV-blocking properties, making them suitable for packaging industrial products and bottled water.

The advantages of Eco Bundle are as follows:

First, it is an eco-friendly product that can be reused repeatedly. carbon dioxide can be reduced compared to disposable plastic packaging by using the Eco Bundle just 5 times, 58% when used 10 times, and 95% when used 100 times.

Second, costs can be reduced compared to plastic packaging materials. The initial investment cost can be recovered when the Eco Bundle is used 60 times, and the cost can be reduced by 84% when used 365 times.

Third, safety is excellent. Safe movement is possible even when the forklift is tilted or driven quickly.

Fourth, Eco Bundles can be customized by selecting fabrics, strings, belts, buckles, etc. that suit the purpose of the product being packaged.

Fifth, anyone can easily install and dismantle, saving work time and reducing work intensity.

Sixth, an automatic mass production system was established using patented new technology.

Seventh, it is possible to proactively respond to strengthening regulations on disposable plastics in the EU and other countries.
