Our semi/full automatic core cutter HA40 with core loading table and fully automatic core bundle loading system has many advantages. The machine offers a precise cutting tolerance (+/-0.2mm) and a high core throughput with minimal operator effort. Due to the special crush cutting process it is possible to cut up to 4m (4,000mm) long cardboard or plastic cores dust- and burr-free. Additional benefits for cardboard cores are highly polished and sealed cut surfaces - an excellent cut quality that can be used in the food or pharmaceutical industry, to name just a few.
