Capp Plast srl was founded over 60 years ago in Prato.The Film Division was the first departmentand it immediately become one of the main players in the field of flexible packaging in LowDensity Polyethylene (LDPE) and Polypropylene (PP).Thanks to our high level of professionalism, Capp Plast through the Film Division has acquiredimportant partnerships with the main national and international companies in the converting,industrial and cleaning sectors.

and Hygienic-Sanitary industry made using thefollowing processes:BUBBLE EXTRUSION of virgin raw materials or recycled. Co-extruded in 3 layers with thicknessesstarting from 25 microns; 4 machines, 2 of which are 3-layer coextrusion machines.Thanks to ourtotal internal recycling of processing waste, we can make plastic films and wicket bags that includeup to 50% recycled material.8-COLOUR FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING with 3 machines (KBA brand), printing range up to 1.60m,non-toxic inks made in the Capp-Plast internal laboratory (colorimetry department) to meet allcustomers’ printing needs.WELDING,7 machines including 2 latest generation Hudson-Sharp machines, for wicket bags(food sector, converting-paper mill sector, sanitary sector), with a wide choice of handles (shortside, long side, reinforced handle, etc.)CUTTING to produce widths with a minimum of 5cm.
